Highly recommend training with Ben. I’ve always found starting is the scariest part, especially when you have little to no fitness, but I have loved doing his sessions. Ben makes everyone feel welcomed in his group sessions no matter what your ability is. He always seem to know when to push you and when you have reached your max, making you feel worked with a great sense of achievement. Ben is always enthusiastic, and will give you a boost to keep going on those days where you’re just not feeling it. Again would highly recommend!

I never thought I’d find a PT session enjoyable but somehow Ben made it just that! I look forward to training knowing that it will actually be a bit of fun. A spring and summer would not be complete without bootcamp, a tough hour of exercise with plenty of belly laughs! Thanks Ben!

I am a very lazy person when it comes to being active but when I do get my mojo into gear Ben is my go to guy. He knows my limits and doesn't push me to much beyond them. He is super positive and enthusiastic. I attend Ben's bootcamps and I enjoy it very much, I feel great after, although it makes me feel sick at the time 🤣🤣 💪"no pain no gain"
